Pff. Just turn off the radio. They intentionally made it awful so you would turn it off. The game is 100 times better when you have background sounds and the music that is supposed to play in that moment. FO3 was like a joke because of jolly music playing all the time whilst the game tried to be "serious".

Never really liked the ambient music of 3 or 4. It's not bad music it just doesn't stand out well. It's generic adventure feeling that you could apply anywhere. You could easily apply it to Elder Scrolls and get the same feeling. Honestly, I can't even remember how the music sounds and I was playing 4 a few hours ago.

The CCCPack installs like any other program and there is nothing else for you to do.
