Yes crashes constantly at fast travel (and sometimes in normal gameplay). At the beginning it doesn't crash, later as it progresses, it starts to crash in free mode, mostly walking/running around, during fast travel - often, it even froze on a black screen during a safe after I finished BATARI boss fight I'm getting freezes during fast travel.
